Acceptance

By accessing the Omega Inflatables website or buyer portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit quote requests.

Service Description

This website provides a commercial inflatable catalog, buyer account features, and an RFQ workflow. It does not guarantee instant checkout pricing, inventory availability, freight pricing, or production scheduling until Omega confirms those details in writing.

Buyer Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information submitted through your account. You must provide current contact, destination, and product requirement details when requesting a quote.

Quote Requests

Quotes are prepared based on the information you provide, including products, quantities, customization, packed volume, destination, and timing. A quote is not a binding order until accepted and confirmed by Omega. Freight may be added manually after destination and packed volume are reviewed.

Orders and Payment

Commercial orders may require a minimum order amount, deposit, balance payment, and production confirmation process. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production starts after deposit confirmation, and balance is due before shipment after product photos or completion confirmation.

Product Information

Images, specifications, sizes, weights, prices, and lead times may change. Product photos are for reference and may show optional customization, previous customer units, or staged product images.

Buyer Responsibilities

You agree not to submit false information, upload files you do not have rights to use, interfere with the service, or use the site for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

The website, brand materials, product presentation, and original content belong to their respective owners. Buyer-provided logos or designs remain the buyer's responsibility and must not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, quote workflow, or delays outside Omega's reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
